All domestic orders of hijabs will typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

For orders paid by check, shipment will be made only when the check has cleared, which normally takes 5 to 7 business days.

411hijab.com, your online wholesale hijab store, will endeavor to ship your order immediately after payment is in order. 411hijab.com is not responsible for delivery service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier.

Shipping charges are a flat rate based upon the amount of the order. Charges are defined below.

International orders:

The above rates apply to domestic orders only. For International shipping charges please contact us at service@411hijab.com directly or call us at (972) 479-9009 because International shipping is not automatically calculated at checkout. We want to ensure that shipping rates are as accurate as possible so we manually calculate the charge based upon the country being shipped to and the weight of the products ordered.

All international orders will typically arrive within 7 to 12 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). It is likely that there will be customs fees imposed by your local government on imported Islamic clothing or any other goods purchased outside of your home country. Please note that 411hijab.com is not responsible for any customs fees and duties that may be imposed by your government, or for any delays resulting there from.

Please be informed also that 411hijab.com shall not be responsible for delayed or lost shipments. 411hijab.com will provide you with a custom number to track your shipments, but we no longer have control over your international order once we turn it over to the freight carrier or once your shipment leaves the United States.
